HFP GENERAL ASSEMBLY, BELGIUM

At the third HFP General Assembly, Formula Zero gave demonstrations on Rue de la Loi in the heart of Brussels. EU Commissioner for Science and Research, Janez Potoçnik, enjoyed his press moment in the kart and even mentioned Formula Zero in his opening speech. The idea had been for him to race against Duncan Macleod, Vice President of Shell Hydrogen, and Herbert Kohler, Daimler Chrysler’s Chief Environmental Officer, but it rained too heavily so we had to settle for a presentation and photo shoot. The following day Duncan Macleod did have a go though!
